Products and sizing
The first JAXIE collection features Juicy, Lick, Purr and Cheekmate in sizes XS to 6XL, priced at R189 per pair regardless of size. Designs feature stretch body fabric, a 100% cotton gusset, and scalloped lace at the waist and back leg openings. The current size guide is temporary pending final fit testing. Product and lifestyle photographs are AI-generated digital mockups of planned designs and may differ in minor details from manufactured items.
Preorders
Orders are paid when placed, not when dispatched. First Drop pieces are currently preorder products rather than ready-to-ship stock. We aim to start shipping in late November 2026 if sufficient preorders are received and production proceeds. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery date. If production cannot go ahead or an item cannot be fulfilled, we will issue a full refund for the affected order or item.
Price, payments and checkout
Product prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR). Shipping costs and the checkout total are displayed before payment. Payment is handled by the secure payment methods offered at checkout. You may review your order and edit details before submitting payment. We reserve the right to contact you about errors or unavailable items, and to issue refunds where orders cannot be fulfilled, subject to the law.
Shipping, refunds and consumer rights
We deliver within South Africa only. Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. International shipping is not offered.
