PREORDERS OPEN. JAXIE's First Drop is made to order after our initial campaign. We're aiming to begin dispatching in late November 2026, subject to sufficient preorders and production. This is an estimated dispatch start, not a guaranteed delivery date. If production cannot go ahead, affected orders will be refunded in full.

We ship within South Africa only. Orders are dispatched from Pretoria. We currently do not deliver to addresses outside South Africa.
- Standard delivery: R100 within South Africa.
- Pudo locker collection: R80 within South Africa.

Pudo locker collection
Choose Pudo in your cart and enter your preferred locker name and suburb, then choose Pudo again at checkout. If you select Pudo directly at checkout without adding a locker in your cart, enter your preferred locker in Address line 2 before paying.
When will my order arrive?
For First Drop preorders, late November 2026 is our expected start of dispatch, not a delivery deadline. Courier transit time varies by delivery address within South Africa. Once your order is on its way, we'll send shipping information and tracking details when available. No fixed courier transit time is promised at this stage.
JAXIE is operated by Geur SA (Pty) Ltd, based in Pretoria, South Africa.
Updates, delays and refunds
We will email affected customers if the production schedule changes substantially. If we cannot fulfil a preorder because production does not proceed, we'll refund the purchase amount in full to the original payment method. For cancellation or delivery questions, email cheekyjaxie@gmail.com with your order number.
Incorrect addresses, lost or damaged parcels
Enter a complete and correct address and telephone number at checkout. Email us promptly if an address needs correcting before dispatch; changes cannot always be made once a courier has collected a parcel. For a missing or damaged delivery, get in touch so we can investigate and provide the remedies required by law.
